According to the latest reports, the world premiere will (of course) take place in Rome with the main cast in attendance. But I don't know for sure whether Ellen will be there since she apparently started working on a new project that is yet to be announced.

If I have read the first reports correctly, Ellen isn't in Rome right now because of "other commitments". Quote: La conferenza stampa di To Rome with love mette insieme Alec Baldwin, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Allen, Penelope Cruz e Roberto Benigni. Dev’essere stato un incubo decidere le posizioni davanti ai fotografi e l’ordine d’importanza. Source: badtaste.it

Is there any reviews from the premiere? I found this quote from an article that I translated to english. Quote: The film, which had a good reception from the press during the screening for the media, held its world premiere night at the Auditorium in Rome.
